Valentine's Day Mandalay Doormat. This product is from the Love is collection from Caroline's Treasures and will have other coordinating products that you can purchase separately. This mat can be used either as an indoor entry way mat or an outdoor welcome mat. The mat measures 27 inches on the longest side and 18 inches from the back of the mat to the front. The mat is about 1/4 inch thick and provides an easy clearance for most doors. The top layer of this decorative mat is a polyester felt. This floor mat has been permanently dyed in our facility in Mobile, Alabama. Use a garden hose to chase the dirt off of the mat. Build up pressure with your thumb on the hose and then use the pressure from the water to remove the dirt. You can use a powerwasher as well. Be careful not to take out a deck chair in the process. Spot clean the rug with a mild detergent. Do not scrub with a brush as to not pull up the nap of the felt on the top layer of the mat. Use your vacuum on the floor setting as to not pull up the top of the felt. A lint roller can be used to remove pet hair from the mat. Clean stains with a cleaner that does not produce a lot of suds. It will be difficult to get all of the soap off of the mat. There are several layers inside the mat to hold it together and provide more durability. The bottom layer of the mat is a stamped rubber to provide a non slip function to the mat. The mat is trimmed with a black polyester fabric which frames the artwork and holds all of the layers together. Use this doormat as a part of your Valentine's Day deocorations.
